Trail Mix A Go-Go

Whether you are a busy mom, office worker, or athlete, trail mix is the perfect snack for you! It is super easy to make. Just grab a bowl, put in all your ingredients, mix it up, divide the trail mix into 2-4 oz individual snack bags or containers, and you’re done. It’s that simple.

Basic trail mix

  • Pick a protein by adding 1 or more raw, unsalted nuts and/or seeds
  • Add dried fruit made without sugar or by-products

For variety, try adding:

  • Raw unsweetened coconut
  • Raw cacao nibs
  • Raw goji berries
  • Raw mulberries
  • Raw golden berries
  • Unsweetened raisins

Our favorite mixture is mixing raw almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and golden berries. This is a great sweet tart combination.

The delicious factor is only limited by your imagination. Get crazy and try some fun combinations, the flavor my surprise you!


Tip #1: Try dried raw mango or apple for a different flavor.

Tip #2: If you are eating this for energy prior to a work out, finish the snack approximately 20 minutes before starting your workout.
