Ingredients

ingredience list1 banana

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon turmeric

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon cardamom

ingredience list1/2 to 1 thumb fresh ginger

ingredience list1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil

ingredience list2 tablespoons chia seeds (or you can use 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds)

ingredience list2 large handfuls of spinach

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 vanilla bean pod

ingredience list3-4 pitted dates or 6 drops of stevia to taste

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

ingredience listPinch of black pepper

ingredience list2 cups almond milk or coconut milk

ingredience listIce cubes or coconut milk cubes to your liking

 

Directions

Toss it all in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
