1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 to 1 thumb fresh ginger
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
2 tablespoons chia seeds (or you can use 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds)
2 large handfuls of spinach
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 vanilla bean pod
3-4 pitted dates or 6 drops of stevia to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
Ice cubes or coconut milk cubes to your liking
Toss it all in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
