ingredience list1 large or 2 small bananas

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon turmeric

ingredience list1/2 to 1 thumb fresh ginger

ingredience list1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil

ingredience list2 tablespoons chia seeds (or you can use 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds)

ingredience list2 large handfuls of spinach

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 vanilla bean pod

ingredience list3-4 pitted dates

ingredience list1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

ingredience list2 cups almond milk or coconut milk

ingredience listIce cubes or coconut milk ice cubes to your liking



Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until creamy.



Tip #1: Use a high powered blender for a smoother, creamier drink. We love our Vitamix, but any high powered blender will do.

Tip #2: Use coconut milk ice cubes in place of regular ice cubes to prevent your smoothie from becoming watery.
