The combination of herbs and spices packs all the flavor and none of the preservatives of its store-bought counterpart. Just mix it up and store in a clean, glass spice jar. You can even recycle one from the store—just make sure it’s washed well and thoroughly dry.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 tablespoon granulated onion or onion powder
1 tablespoon crushed coriander
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork until thoroughly blended. Transfer to a clean spice jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place.
