This dressing makes a great dip for celery, carrots, cucumber, jicama, or any veggie you have available.
1/4 cup raw almond butter
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tamari
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and emulsified, about 30 seconds.
Tip #1: While a high speed blender works beautifully, it is hard to clean the oil residue completely out of the blender and off the blade. A Magic Bullet works efficiently and clean-up is a snap.
